1. Service Description

Restore Image (the "Service") provides AI-powered photo restoration, colorization, and upscaling. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account & Credits

Free trial: 3 free restoration credits are granted upon email registration. No payment method required.
Paid credits: Purchased via Stripe. All sales are final — credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expiration: Credits do not expire. Unused credits remain on your account indefinitely.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes.
You may not upload content that is illegal, obscene, or infringes on others' rights.
You retain all rights to your uploaded images. We do not claim ownership.
We temporarily store uploaded images to process restoration. Results are stored for 7 days, then automatically deleted.

4. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restore Image and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
